I started Directive in 1993, long before "managed services" was even a phrase people used. What began as a small operation in Oneonta, New York has grown into a full technology partner for businesses across the region and well beyond it.

JoomConnect came out of a simple observation: managed service providers are great at IT and often terrible at marketing themselves. We built a full-service agency and platform to fix exactly that.

We integrate directly with the tools MSPs already live in — ConnectWise and Autotask — and layer marketing on top: web design, content, campaigns, and automation that actually connect to the data inside their PSA. It's marketing built by people who understand the IT channel from the inside.

We saw a gap in the market and built something to fill it, and we've been helping IT companies grow ever since.
